Health Inequalities Podcast Series

The Long Term Conditions and Prevention Team have released the second in their three-part podcast series.

You can listen to this podcast by visiting Anchor FM.

The Health Inequalities Podcast series discusses how our education and workforce interventions are supporting doctors, nurses, allied health professions and other healthcare professions from across the healthcare system to reduce health inequalities.

In this second episode, Empowering healthcare professionals to innovate at a population level, we are joined by Dr Mas Amin, our National Clinical Advisor for and Johnson Yan Ning Neo, a Senior Ophthalmology Registrar and current Population Health Fellow hosted by the King's Fund.

This episode will discuss our multidisciplinary Population Health Fellowship. Mas and Johnson will be sharing their experiences of leading and participating in our Health Fellowship and how this programme enables clinicians to incorporate population health into their everyday jobs.

The third episode, which discusses why it is important where health care learners train, will be released in October.

You can catch up on episode one, which discussed socially accountable workforce transformation in rural and coastal communities on our Anchor FM channel.
