OHID's Health Equity Assessment Tool (HEAT)

The Health Equity Assessment Tool (HEAT) was developed by PHE (OHID’s predecessor organisation)  is a tool for professionals across the public health, local authority & healthcare landscape to:

• systematically address health inequalities and equity-related to a programme of work or service
• identify what action can be taken to reduce health inequalities and promote equality and inclusion
